Our Mission

The ability to face and manage extremely complex facts and tasks in the countries of the former Yugoslavia makes professionals at Studio "Consulting KSC" a beacon which leads the client to the best solution: flexibility and efficiency, supporting the client with experience and specific technical skills.

Who We Are

A team of professionals who over the years have consolidated specialized and complementary skills and experience in problems related to ordinary and extraordinary business management activities in the countries of former Yugoslavia. Our team occupies administrative positions, procurators and representatives in joint stock companies operating in various sectors in BiH, Serbia and Croatia: they are residents and stable in the mentioned countries for more than 20 (twenty) years.

What Are We Doing

The studio, founded by Mauro Marson and Sonja Čengija, mainly deals with the establishment of separate production activities in BiH (but also in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro). Designing, from all points of view, and launching foreign productions, in addition to historical Italian ones, increases the overall ability to create innovative products and services in Italy. We do not carry out delocalization: here we produce what is no longer economically possible in Italy ... and not only with knowledge of administrative, accounting and tax issues.

The company is intended for small, medium and large customers; producers of goods and services who want to remain market leaders in their fields. The specificity and type of services that are required is that our team, from the start, works directly for the client, and then in cooperation with other professional companies; all with respect for different professional skills.

Where We Work

The company's HQ is in Bosanska Gradiška, at ul. Majora Milana Tepića 1A/1, postal code 78400 BiH, near the address of the founders themselves. Other offices are located in the premises of our customers covering the entire territory of BiH; we follow them directly, we guarantee them personally. We focus on doing business in Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.
